Secure card payment via Stripe
For orders in the US and Canada, payment is taken online at checkout — through the secure Stripe payment gateway. As soon as the payment succeeds, we prepare your parcel for dispatch.

It depends on what you ordered — e-books, physical books, and made-to-order merch each work differently. See the full breakdown below.
What to expect depends on what you ordered — here's how each type works.

We pack and mail these by hand. If your book arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo — we'll send a replacement or refund the order in full. No need to send anything back.
Every item is printed to order, so we can't accept returns for sizing or a change of mind. If something arrives with a printing defect, damaged, or wrong, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll arrange a reprint or refund.
