For US orders, payment is taken online at checkout — through the secure Stripe payment gateway. As soon as the payment succeeds, we prepare your parcel for dispatch.
Rates and timeframes come from the carrier at checkout, for your exact address. We pack books within 1–2 business days; merch is printed to order.
Tracked delivery to any US address, including Alaska and Hawaii. The rate and the transit time come from the carrier once you enter the address.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. We never see or store your card details.
Yes. Books ship from our hubs in North America and Europe, and checkout quotes live rates for almost any destination. Our printers do not ship made-to-order merch everywhere — if your country is one of the exceptions, you will see it at checkout.
In Belgium, France and the Netherlands you can pick a bpost parcel point at checkout. Everywhere else we deliver to your address.
We pack books ourselves and our print partner prints merch to order, so an order with both ships as separate parcels — each with its own tracking number.

What to expect depends on what you ordered — here's how each type works.
Digital books are delivered instantly and are final sale. If a file won't open or download, or you can't access your purchase, email us within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
We pack and mail these by hand. If your book arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo — we'll send a replacement or refund the order in full. No need to send anything back.
Every item is printed to order, so we can't accept returns for sizing or a change of mind. If something arrives with a printing defect, damaged, or wrong, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll arrange a reprint or refund.
