These Terms of Service govern your use of the Khryuchik website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to the terms below.
Khryuchik is currently operated by an individual seller, not a registered company. All orders, payments, and customer support are handled directly by the person operating this site. You can reach us at [email protected].
We sell books (physical and digital) and branded merchandise. Product descriptions, images, and prices are shown on each product page and may change without prior notice.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email once it is accepted; we may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, priced incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud.
All prices are shown in the currency of your selected country and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
Depending on your country, you may also be offered cash on delivery or bank transfer as payment methods, as described on the Shipping & Payment page.
Delivery times, shipping costs, and return conditions depend on your country and the type of product ordered (e-book, physical book, or merch). The full policy is published on our Shipping & Payment page.
If you are eligible for a refund, it is issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item, or immediately for approved e-book cancellations.
You can check out as a guest or create an account using email/password or Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
We provide the website and products as described, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as the business grows or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
