This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Khryuchik collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have.
Khryuchik is currently operated by an individual seller, not a registered company. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected] — we will respond as the party responsible for handling your data.
Account data: name, email address, and password (stored securely hashed) if you register, or your name and email from Google if you sign in with Google.
Order data: shipping address, contact details, order contents, and order status, needed to fulfill and support your purchase.
Payment data: handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed.
Technical data: your selected country and language preference, stored in cookies, and basic request information needed to keep the site secure and functioning.
To process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to support requests, and let you sign in and manage your account and order history.
Stripe, to process payments. Google, if you choose to sign in with your Google account. Our email provider, to send transactional emails such as order confirmations and password resets.
We also receive an internal notification in a private Telegram chat when a new order is placed, so we can fulfill it promptly — this is for our own order handling only and is not used for marketing.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
We use essential cookies only: to keep you signed in, to remember your selected country and language, and to keep your shopping cart working. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies at this time.
We keep order and account data for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns, and meet any applicable tax or accounting record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Some of our service providers (such as Stripe, Google, and our database and hosting infrastructure) may process data outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on the safeguards these providers offer for cross-border transfers.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.

Khryuchik sells children's books, but the website itself is intended for use by adults who place orders on behalf of children. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.
